I would say that government (our) money spent on research. development, and education is money NOT well spent. Show me a government program that is not full of watse and mis-management. Private enterprise could do a much better job than the government.We should pay a 10% flat tax and the government should learn to make do with that. Like Ray Stevens said if 10% is good enough for Jesus it should be enough for Uncle Sam.
