the sad thing is there are shootings. I is carried out by less than 1% of population,,, how do you change and prevent more? If it is because of bulling, just wait til they get to prison and become someone's boy. is it videos, movies? lack of education? educators lack of ability to spot challenges and/or handle them? What we will hear the most about is guns, which are a tool.
