What you're referring to is an induced abortion. These are performed, usually, in clinics who specialize in these things. BTW, we do not support induced abortion as a form of birth control.

Our comment was in reply to your comment on the legality of disposing of fetuses. Hospitals usually have some each year due to spontaneous abortions and they are disposed of with other medical waste. No laws broken.
