If 12 million Illegal immigrants are in the USA today, that would mean that EVERY ONE OF THEM WILL HAVE A BABY THIS YEAR. Since 12 million is 4% of the the total US population.

First of all, last year it is estimated that there were approximately 4.2 million births in th US. So the percentage of anchor babies is more like 9%. This is where you went wrong, transposing percentages does not work. While it's true that 12 million illegals is approximately 4% of the total US population, all this means is 12 million illegals accounted for 380,000 births. Or 4% of the population accounted for 9% of the births. I don't find that so hard to believe.
