People who fake tan, smoke, drink, don't excercise, and then stuff their face with high fructose corn syrup and processed foods are going to have more health problems then those of us who do not. Let's just go ahead and tax being stupid. Let's force every American to take an intelligence test that is graded on a scale of 0-100. Your score is the percentage of your income you can keep. If you score a 20, you're obviously only smart enough to spend 20% of your money on your own, and smart politicians should spend the rest.
I like your idea. Can we also make people take IQ tests before they reproduce?
So, you would not allow Einstein's parents to reproduce? Seems the German racial laws of the 1930's had the same goal.
