HB642 passed out of committee yesterday! The Michael Phillips Compassionate Care Act will now go to the full house for a vote. There are only a few days left in this legislative session and may mean this bill will not get a vote. HOWEVER, this made it out of committee...which by itself is a miracle. One step closer.
