Why? Liberals are usually those with the higher education to understand the broader aspects of cause and effect, especially when applied to public policy issues.

There have been a few rightwing types, though, that I haven't been able to dumb it down enough for them, though. Those are the ones usually parroting catchphrases learned on Fox News and like venues without having the slightest comprehension of the import of their utterances.
