GBRK, they aren't suing for money. The hotel did nothing wrong and should not be held liable, but of course in this day and age someone will sue them. They are not victimizing anyone. They are, and rightfully so, trying to save themselves from unfair lawsuits. Refusing to do business with them, or hoping they go out of business for something they had no control over, shows just how far we have fallen as a society.
