I saw that article as well. One thing that stood out to me was the statement, by someone, about how sometimes good intentions end up with unintended consequences. In other words, fears that in the process of trying to stop something they actually trigger it to happen earlier than it would have normally or that maybe if they had not messed with it nothing would have happened.
