IRS late fees

For the 1st time in 37yrs of filing a tax return,my federal envelope came back in the mail due to a $.17 lack of postage. It is postmarked the 13th & I got it back yesterday.Now,my tax form will be late getting in. Does anyone know if I will be charged late fees? Makes me feel like learning to fly !!!
