Bill, if seems that you are merely scanning my posts, not digesting them. The fact that I posed that the great error in the Bible is the way it was compiled by Man, not God. You act as though I never wrote those words. And that makes my case.
Don't you agree that the written texts were begun in the mid second century,c.e.? Who wrote them? And why?
I do read everything you write. And while I disagree with much, I still read them. I accuse you of having a superiority complex. And when I get non-responses from you such as the ones tonight, it only supports my feelings. You are a smart man. All the jabs and barbs aside, I respect the amount of work you put into your opinions.
Just do me a favor in the future, please. When I write a response to you, please make your argument based on my missive. If you won't, we will not be able to have a dialogue of any value.
I've been ribbed by folks on this forum for my views, that is Agnosticism. It does not equate to Atheism. I profess that I do not understand the nature of the higher power that supposedly rules this plane of existence. And that is fine. I simply would like to have an intellectual argument with people who will read my words as thoughtfully as I read them. Jabs and all!
At least you are an interesting opponent. I enjoy sparring with you, but when you give me a non-response, I count that as a point for Kuster.
There are some on this forum, for whom I have so little intellectual respect that they will never garner a response. That is the greatest insult of them all, you know.
