I don't like wars either and wish the democrats would stop pushing for them. I wish our troops were home, rebuilding, helping legal citizens here, and guarding THIS country from invasion.

Your statement. You wish democrats would quit pushing for wars. Cal Thomas is not a democrat, he is a conservative republican. He had a column on the editorial page of the Times Daily advocating using an army to fight ISIS. This is one case of a republican for war.

In the last 30 years

Bush Jr started two unfunded wars.

Bush Sr started and ended one war.

Reagan got 232 marines blown up.

I suppose I missed all the wars that democrats started. Refresh my memory.
