Tell me, I'm not real sure, did Clinton send troops to the Yugoslavia region? What was the outcome?
Did Eisenhower sign the treaty for Viet Nam and Kennedy started sending troops there. Johnson and Nixon followed and the military industrial complex got rich.

LBJ sent over 555,000 troops to Nam vs. the few hundred JFK sent. LBJ later admitted he had no idea how to end the war. Nixon withdrew troops, negotiated a treaty with the North and made a promise to the South Viet Namese to supply weapons and munitions after we withdrew.
Later, as Nixon resigned, a Democrat congress reneged on the promise to provided materiel and munitions. Resulting in 990,000 successfully fleeing on anything that would float or fly and tens of thousands more drowning in the attempt. Fleeing was a good choice as 737,000 were exterminated as communists did when they took over a nation.
