As far as the "Free Programs". My then husband and I were "Subpoenaed" to appear in Sandlin's offices one afternoon. Timing was not great for either of us due to previously scheduled appointments/conflicts. When we got there, we were met by two members of a church who were going to counsel with us. So basically- we were ordered to the judges office to meet with members of a church..... Not our church, not a church we had any affiliation with. I felt this was an abuse of the court system.
