Biden was answering a question about fracking when the blood suddenly became noticeable. As he turned away from the camera to take a question about China’s role in carbon emissions, the blood in his eye was easy to spot.”
This old man is mentally and physically ill and his handlers and his wife should be charged with elder abuse for continuing to put him out in public.
