As for California I don't know that corruption is a problem there. What I believe is the problem there is liberal policies of the liberal politicians that the people of that state elect. It's not just California though because there are many other places where liberal Democratic policies have ruined the cities. Places such as Detroit and Baltimore, Washington DC and New York City to name a few. It's also not just Democrats but Republicans have their share of bad actors such as Chris Christy in New Jersey and their playing politics at the expense of their citizens.
You see I believe in calling out all people and political parties. Although I may be wrong it seems that you seldom if never find fault in Democrats or their policies while citing only Republicans as if they held the patient on corruption. There is no problem being partisan in the group but jumping to conclusions with no basis is not exactly fair.
