Logan's once was my favorite place to eat and I used to go there at least once a week, but it has been over 2 years since I have been. My complaint is very simple and I could have easily overcome it if it had not been the attitude of some of the servers who I had made an inquiry to as well as the refusal of Logan's corporate to reply to my request.
I have to watch my sugar consumption due to a pre diabetes situation. I love sweet potatoes and they are a better alternative to the regular potato. Logan's cinnamon come pre mixed with brown sugar which I have asked for the cinnamon alone, which cinnamon itself is good for my condition but the sugar depletes the benefit of it. A manager once told me that it the cook manager wanted to he could pick up some local, so I waited several months and that did not happen. I told my server at that time that it would be my last time to visit there and she didn't seem to care .
So that was about 2 years ago. I have even recently made a request to their website and still have not heard anything back from them. I guess they simply do not want my business. that is sad because when I make the same request at the Texas Roadhouse, they supply with no problem at all, so I guess I will be going to Texas from now on.
