Reply to "Macaroni and cheese"

4 cups uncooked macaroni, cook according to instructions.
Melt 2-3 tbsp margarine in saucepan
Add 2-3 tbsp flour, stir well
Add 3 c. milk, stir until thickened.
Add 2 cups cubed Velveeta, stir until melted.
Add cooked/drained macaroni.
Season with salt/pepper, stir.
Pour into casserole dish, bake for 30 minutes at 350.
