Man hit by car and no one helps

A terrible example of the increasing callousness of our country.

A 78 year old man was hit by a car and left in the street. Cars simply drive past him and bystanders just stare. If you watch the video, it appears as if one guy is taking pics with his cell phone, but not calling for help.
