Several months ago I was pulled over in Muscle Shoals for not giving a lane change signal. Because my record was spotless I did not recieve a ticket. Today I happened to be right behind a Muscle Shoals Policeman and in less than a 1/2 mile he changed lanes 3 times with out the first signal. Oh yea he also was on a cell phone maybe rendering him unable to turn the blinker on. At least he wasn't deer hunting though.
