Tip O'Neill would have never acted in the manner she did. Trump didn't even see her extend her hand, he had already turned to the podium to give his best speech of his presidency which was very inspiring to be an American. I noticed her creating distraction by shuffling paper in the back ground, constantly all thru Trumps speech, as if she were to be giving her own speech concluding Trumps speech and was not prepared to do so. She constantly was working her tongue & lips in a manner that resembled someone who had bad fitting dentures. She should be ashamed .... Bad Behavior Temper Tantrums never wins hearts of Americans in my opinion. Shame on Her!!! How Little she was!!
