Surprise!  Surprise!  Surprise!  Today's date in October 29, 2011.   A wee bit late, aren't you?

But, I suppose if one's goal is only to create dissension -- small matters like long past dates are irrelevant.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

First sentence of post: Precedence for the Brooks prayer thread?

precedence [ˈprɛsɪdəns]precedency

n
1. the act of preceding or the condition of being precedent (before)

April 16, 2010 1:34 PM, the FIRST article PRECEDES  the Brooks prayer incident.

Second article: April 29, 2011, PRECEDES the Brooks prayer incident.

This means that the act of Un-Constitutionally DECLARED prayer at Brooks High School was PRECEDED by the act(s) of Un-Constitutionally DECLARED Proclamations of National Prayer Day , RECOGNIZED and IMPLEMENTED by the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT.
