When I do research, woz, I generally find two or more credible links to support my position. I see you did the same succeeding on the first and failing on the second. Nobody, woz, nobody is stating Navy is going to bring charges except that ONE link.

Even your second link stood you up. No mention of charges, pending or otherwise.
