As a rule of thumb, the person in an argument who believes the president and speaker are the anti-Christ (two anti-Christs?) may not be the person in the argument with the strongest grip on reality.

As for the discussion on American exceptionalism, yes, America is undeniably awesome, but I too take exception to the version of patriotism that seems to mainly be about giving the middle finger to the rest of the world.
