He obviously blames the whole American system of Capitalism as responsible for all the inadequacies in the world, all the abuses, all the unfairness. He loathes most Americans and certainly the founders of this Nation and the Constitutional system of government that we have. Any opposition to Obama or anything he wants to do is viewed as and categorized as systemic racism and bigotry.
One thing democrats are great at doing and that is getting Republicans to react to labels and words, racism being one of the biggest ones. That word alone causes Republicans, or most of them, to drop all their opposition to anything Obama wants to do and allows him to control them and their actions and responses and is one of the chief reasons Republicans have not touched or defunded Obamacare (aka Democratic Healthcare bill).
