But, if you are happy -- what can I say?  Still, I and others who know the Truth of the Bible, WILL ALWAYS refute the false, cult teachings of the Mormon church when you post them on the Religion Forum.

And, regarding the Mormon church's claim to be "other sheep" Jesus speaks of in John 10:16, "I have other sheep, which are not of  this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd" -- sorry, my Friend,  those "other sheep" are the Gentiles.

Jesus Christ first came to His own people, the Jews -- but, He came with the intention of including all people, Jew and Gentile, in his salvation.

The apostle Paul tells us, in Galatians 3:28, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."   All believers are one in Christ.

Mark 16:19, "So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God."

Hebrews 10:12-14, "But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool.  For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified."

Waiting for what?  He is waiting until that "last person who will be saved" is saved -- and, then, He will come back in the air to Rapture His church, His body of believers worldwide, Jew and Gentile, into heaven to be with Him eternally.

As these Scripture passages tell us -- Jesus Christ DID NOT visit with the teenage Joseph Smith in the 1800s.  He was in heaven, seated at the right hand of God the Father -- interceding for all Christian believers (Hebrews 7:25, Romans 8:34).

Now, maybe your Mormon Jesus Christ did visit with the teenage Joseph Smith in the 1800s, in upstate New York.  Hey, I have had spirit visits myself which I thought were my maternal grandfather.  But, I have since learned, from the Bible, that these were manifestations of dark spirits, not heavenly spirits, which I encountered.  This was a result of my delving into the New Age religions.  So, it is likely that your Joseph Smith had a similar visitation.

But, Jesus Christ in upstate New York in the 1800s?  No way!

Jesus Christ will return in the clouds to Rapture His church (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18).  Then, at the end of the seven year Tribulation, He will return in glory, HIs Second Coming, when He will return to earth in Jerusalem.  We read about this in Revelation 19:11-21.

Yes, Dwight, you and I constitute His "other sheep" since we are Gentiles.  But, no one can be among His "other sheep" as long as they are worshiping in a cult church.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill

Don't pay any attention to Bill. He belongs to a cult church also.
