Reply to "Official: Virginia governor says he won't resign over photo"

Why should he resign? It HAS NOT been proven that it was actually him in the picture, and he adamantly denies it, so currently there exists the "yes he did, no he didn't" dilemma. I don't particularly like Northam for other reasons, but no one should be forced to resign their job due to AN ACCUSATION. Where does this sh*t stop?
