I vaguely remember that happening. Wasn't it before it was Dan Jones Ford? I remember stories that Nelda Stephenson worked as a bookkeeper at the time this happened for this Ford dealership and that is how she got the money and financial backing she needed to become Nelda Stephenson Chevrolet. The rumor was that she was mob connected.

This is strictly rumor and for entertainment purposes only...I have no basis for this information. Just what I have heard through the years.
