Two aspects of this post interest me:

1.) As the second person plural pronoun, the word "you" and its usage by this poster has some interesting implications.

2.) Someone assigned a gender to the Shoals area! And that gender was female. Hmmm... I simply disagree. Were I to personify it, the Shoals seems far more like a crotchety old man who is tolerating his punk rock stepson until he can get him out of the house. In the mean time, he sits on the couch drinking beer while his wife supports the family with a minimum wage job.
