I understand what you're saying about putting the cart before the horse. However, companies are moving their facilities all the time. A company looking to move a plant to an area that has lower property taxes will take in consideration that the Shoals already has a nice hotel and convention center for when the upper management wants to visit, where other places may have to build such facilities years later. Would a company CEO rather stay in a Best Western or a nicer Marriott?
