Car drives through door at Outback Steakhouse in Sheffield. It's a miracle, a wonder, extreme luck, or God watching out for people because on a crowded Friday Night an elderly driver did what other drivers have done throughout the nation, from time to time, and mistakenly hit the gas for the brake and drove through the doors of Outback Steakhouse. I enjoy eating at Outback as it's one of my favorites and I know how many people set in the lobby waiting on seating on Friday and Saturday Nights. It's unbelievable that no one was killed or severely injured when this happened.
I know Outback Steakhouse is planning a new location in Florence to be located in the parking lot adjacent to the new Pet Store and beside Buffalo Wild Wings but ground (or parking lot) has not been broken yet and now it could be a little while before the Sheffield Location is reopened. Hopefully it won't be too long but there are plenty of folks tonight that should be counting their blessings for looking at the photos it's difficult to believe that there wasn't multiple injuries or even deaths from the car which drove all the way through the front doors and almost into the bar area. No Worries I suppose.
