No, don't know Joy personally at all. I only know what I see in this forum and her avatar exudes the Christian values that most people hold to be Christian values. Love, compassion, patience, open-mindedness (mostly) and true concern for mortal souls (no matter how much I would disagree with that). No one else even comes close. As far as I know, she may be an ax murderer in real life but on this forum she is perhaps even less hypocritical than the average atheist here.
