Careful what you decry and dismiss as I too easily believe there is enough wisdom and sanity in the greater part of America to beat back such a challenge based upon Constitutional provisions. What concerns me is as the Judicial branch becomes more and more infiltrated with highly liberal justices there could come a point that a highly biased and liberal Supreme Court would just make a ruling of interpretation that in essence accomplishes the same thing without the process described in this thread. I fully believe in Obama and an expected Hillary presidency plans were to accomplish something akin to that. Why else purchase such large amounts of ammo and supplies for governmental departments that have no reason to have such arsonals at their disposal?
