908, if you see someone on here complain about your establishment, you do have the option to PM that person and try to make amends. I would bet that if you did, that person would let that be known also, which may give you a better impression than if you do not.
Most people give sympathy to someone who will attempt to correct the problem. When you do, other people will see that you do care, and will want to give you business too.
All establishments are going to make mistakes from time to time. Do your best not to be accused of making the same mistake twice, because that is when people are going to look for other problems too.
As a business owner myself, one of my goals is- When I am done and gone, I want my customer to be just a little bit happier than what they thought they was going to be. It can be done many ways, but if you have to correct a problem and do it with a smile, your customer is likely to be happier than they thought they would be. What really counts, is what they tell your other prospective customers. That is word of mouth, and that is what this forum is.
Another thing, if someone posts a good reply about your establishment, let it be known that you do appreciate it. This forum can be a useful tool for you, use it!
