I'm not a restaurant owner, but I don't see how it's their duty to come here and defend themselves. In the forums about Vick and Bush, do you expect them to come here and discuss what they've done wrong? A response would be nice, but it's not like they HAVE to. Every restaurant I've been to accepts comment cards or you can call them personally. It's not their job to go out and collect complaints. Give them a break.
