So how about this-for patrons and owners/managers/waitstaff alike:

If someone has something to say specific about a restaurant, start a new thread about that restaurant and let everybody else go to town. For example, if I had a good or bad experience about say, Zaxby's, I would start a new thread within the food section and talk about it. Then other patrons could jump in and the owners/managers/staff could as well.
