Here's another one for you ferryl (this just eats me up) My sons school just rebuilt they're cafateria. It was gutted and rebuilt (200 square feet larger). They also now have a number of big screen TVs and a stage in the lunchroom. Then last week my son was telling me how the kids have to push three desks together to share a book in social studies.
Where were their priorities? Where was the accountablity? Why are my tax money going to buy big screen TVs when the kids don't even have enough books? Their going on a spending spree with our hard earned cash and leaving our children in the dust.
