And I agree ! However, Sheffield needs to start prosecuting criminals instead of focusing entirly on drugs, and do something about the run down property in town.
Maybe a model would be what I hard of a Yankee city did, they condemmed some of the fallen in property in the city, and sold it to people for $100, but the condition was they had a time limit to turn it into something, a store, a dwelling, something. I don't remember where or when , but back when I read that article, it was supposed to be successful.
