Any whistleblower who is coming forward because of the public interest or to report gross negligence isn't going to be seeking to be kept secret as that would make anything they had to report/say, suspect. A whistleblower comes forward usually at great risk but is known and not kept secret.
You can bet if there was someone, anyone, coming forward during the Obama administration claiming to KNOW that Obama had faked his birth certificate but required to be kept secret from everyone he/she would have been laughed out of Washington and discredited immediately. I'm not saying Obama faked his birth certificate but rather used that as an example but while I'm using that as an example there is yet another application that can be given using the same thought.
Remember that the media and everyone is bent on declaring that Trump's chief of Staff admitted to what they are blaming Trump for and even though he clarified it and said he didn't mean it the way they took it they are still running with it and not allowing him to take it back but are sticking with what he was said to have said first. Remember there was a book where Obama, himself, in the introduction said he was born in Kenya or claimed he was born in Kenya but that was quickly discounted by everyone as a mistake and should not be taken literally.
In essence, it only demonstrates all over again the double standard that exists in Washington and across the nation. One is taken at his word, if a liberal or Democrat and always and continually questioned and doubted if a Republican or Conservative. It really doesn't matter at all now and shouldn't because it doesn't matter where he was truly born now as he was one of the worst Presidents ever in terms of what he was able to get done or what he actually did.
The double standard is still alive and well in the media also. With the recent killing and attack on ISIS leader, the media is salivating and falling all over itself claiming that the leader was killed in spite of Trump rather than giving Trump any credit what so ever. Obama though got total credit as if he stepped off the helicopter himself and pulled the trigger himself. The media is so outrageously biased and deranged over Trump that they just can't help it.
Back to the whistleblower or better yet the Democratic Hack or tool because it should be apparent to anyone that something stinks when you have to conceal identification, backgrounds, and information surrounding a person who is supposed to have such critical and crucial information about a crime. This is why every person accused has the right to face and to question their accuser to avoid the impropriety of someone falsely accusing another. Everything about this tool of a person is secret for a reason and that is to protect the guilty.
