Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville have festivals (?) (don't know if that is the right word) on the river. This includes many types of activities and alcohol consumption in at least part of the area. There is a lot of money raised and fun had. The Quad cities need to take lessons. I forgot, Clifton Tn also has a river festival, and has beer, but there is a line where alcohol is not allowed. NW Alabama needs to lighten up and have some fun.
