If it makes this a livelier place to live, so be it. And if it brings in more taxes to the city, it's good. While they're at it, they need to repeal that archaic 50/50 food/alcohol percentage that our restaurants are stuck with.

We need all the restaurants possible to be profitable and to stay in business.
