I'm not sure how many of those "lounges" have a restaurant retail liquor license and how many do not. With a restaurant retail license they have to abide by the 51-49 rule. With the existing businesses you can expect some extra revenue on Sunday, however, I don't really see any businesses relocating to Sheffield just for the Sunday sales. That is what is going to help Sheffield increase its bottom line. As I stated in my original post, I wonder if they think this solves all of their problems?
