so you attack us rather than answer the question?   when will the curve end?

My career path was slowed due to minority hiring 20 years ago.  welfare started 50 plus years ago.  college entrance and scholarships have been biased to minorities for I don't know how long.      I don't believe in government deciding winners and losers.   However see reverse discrimination all over the place,  I worked hard, came from a poor family and climbed the ladder.  Then 3 times was stalled so someone with less experience could have an opportunity due to so called minority status.  One of those parent's were wealthy, got to attend a major university.  One stayed home with kids, then entered the work force and passed me with 3 years experience compared to my 20 years.   The final was when I sat in a regional corp. meeting and we were told promotions would go to minorities. all while I and others were being slapped in the face with "white privilage"

It was a bad faith argument. Sorry you went through all that. Your situation is not unique or special.  Many americans have been passed over or let go so a company could hire someone younger for less salary. That's just business. Would you be upset if a non minority was hired instead? If yes, it's a bad faith argument against affirmative action. If no, then people like you are the reason for affirmative action in the first place.
