Simple Solution?

I think I've come up with a solution that will end the violence created by protesting grand jury decisions. All police in the United States must be black, just like college and NFL football players. Then the protester won't have anything to protest about when someone commits a crime or refuses to comply to police orders and they get shot or choked. The icing on the cake will be the lack of income they will receive for being a policemen and putting their lives in jeopardy.
