Bubbah was impeached for lying to a federal judge, not sex. He also lost his law license. When, asked in he had sex with Monica, he should have simply said, "yes" and skipped the rest of the sordid affair. If questioned further about the act, he should have answered in the old lawyer's standby, "question asked and answered, no justification for further details."
