Sounds more like the non-harmonizing Supreme's rediscovered the Tenth Amendment. If simple minded folks in Alabama want to throw away the rent money, that's fine by me; just don't go crying to the politicians to confiscate more money in taxes to pay for their stupidity. I'm mostly a Libertarian in philosophy.
