That is really saddening to hear. Usually, by the time one gets to the corporate level with either a complaint or " 'atta boy!", some response is received.

My family and I had yet another wonderful meal there this past Sunday evening. Our server, Ashley, was wonderful, smiled the entire time and did everything she could to please us. The rest of the staff was just as kind and friendly.

One of my sons has just been hired at Longhorn as a line cook, so I am anxious to see how that goes
