Reply to "Texas Roadhouse"

For what it's worth, I've never had anything but great service at Texas Roadhouse. I have two daughters who are servers at another local chain and if the service/food isn't up to par (even if it's one of my girls), I will tell the manager AND email Corporate through the website. In fact, one of my daughters was mortified that I sent in a complaint and it was addressed at a staff meeting. Of course, she knew it was from me because of the situation cited. I do, however compliment servers, managers and have been known to email Corporate when service/food is good. 

My advice: If you are unhappy for any reason, tell your server. If that brings no resolution to the problem, ask for the manager. I've never met one who was too busy to talk with me.
