Reply to "The Massive Failures of Government"

We were in London in April. Flew back to NYC and spent the night before flying to BNA thru LaGuardia Airport.

I thought, what an absolutely run down city NYC is--full of second class citizens. And LaGuardia is probably the biggest example of democratic failure to execute any plan of action. If Trump was in charge of their construction project, it'd have been already done and within budget. It's just a dismal place.
