"Trump expands the list of programs considered 'welfare programs'"... the first sentence of the article presented. That's funny. Again, a source that is an opinion piece from a man KNOWN to favor immigration restrictions.

If you're so right, why can't you present facts instead of a stead flow of like-mined opinions?
